Using the website or booking an appointment through it constitutes express consent to these terms and an acknowledgment of having read the Terms and Conditions and the website’s Privacy Policy.
Definitions

- User / Patient / Website User: The client, visitor, or browser who visits the website as a viewer or user for the purposes of viewing, inquiring, querying, scheduling an appointment, entering any data, requesting an appointment, or benefiting from any data provided via the website.
- The Doctor: The dentist who is a registered and authorized partner through the website.
- The Laboratory: The dental technical laboratory that is a registered and authorized partner through the website.
- The Appointment: A service provided via the website through which the user requests a booking at a clinic approved by the website for the purpose of consulting a specialized dentist. These appointments are confirmed or canceled for practical reasons beyond the website’s control, and the website bears no responsibility for the resulting outcome.
II. Scope and Nature of Services
Align WB operates as an electronic platform to connect users with licensed dentists to provide clear aligner services. Align WB is not a medical clinic website and does not provide direct diagnosis or treatment.
III. Appointment Booking
Appointments booked via Align WB are preliminary and are confirmed, postponed, or canceled in coordination with the specialist doctor. Align WB bears no responsibility in the event of an appointment change or cancellation for any reason.
IV. Diagnosis and Treatment Plan
Aligners are manufactured exclusively and specifically for each individual patient (Custom-made). It is not permitted to request a return or replacement once manufacturing has commenced, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
V. Patient Obligations
The patient is committed to providing Align WB with all personal data, medical history, and medical requirements necessary to be provided to the doctor. The patient also commits to following the doctor’s instructions and wearing the aligners for the specified duration. Align WB bears no responsibility for the failure to achieve results resulting from non-compliance.
VI. Intellectual Property
All software, visual, audio, and intellectual content of Align WB is owned by the website and protected under the applicable legislation in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and international agreements. It may not be used, copied, imitated, simulated, merged, or converted into any other form without prior written permission.
VII. Disclaimer
The displayed and assumed results are estimated results governed by the effort exerted and are not an inevitable outcome; they vary from person to person. Align WB bears no responsibility for the variation in results within the limits of reasonable effort exerted.
VIII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The Amman Court of First Instance shall be the competent court to hear any dispute arising therefrom.
